Video Inspiration:

For video inspirations i prefer to view short films as it shows creativity at its finest from content creators being able to tell a story in the space of 5-10 minutes with the intention of ensuring viewers understand the plot with a clear 'beginning, middle and End' outline.
Short films are usually visually pleasing with some going extensive on SFX and others keep it simple with a very clear distinct story line which are the kinds that appeal to me the most as a source of inspiration.
I find most of my favourite ones on a site called 'Vimeo' but for personal entertainment I find short comedy skits on 'YouTube' with the likes of entertainers as Smosh, Tomska and Racka Racka who all use extensive editing wihtout going overboard with poorly edited explosions, or any kind of SFX although they sometimes use poor editing to portray a comedic event.

Raven is just one of the short films i thoroughly enjoyed as it had a sci-fi approach which again are my biggest source for inspiration as skillful editing is important to give out high quality short films.
